Sandy Lane is a three-storey property in Ilfracombe, close enough to the harbour, beach, shops and restaurants to reach them on foot. The ground floor holds a kitchen/diner and a separate lounge with a log-effect electric fire and a Smart TV, giving guests a place to cook and relax without climbing stairs after arrival.

Upstairs, a staircase with a low ceiling leads to the first floor, where a king-size bedroom with its own TV/DVD player catches glimpses of the harbour from the window. A bathroom on this level has both a bath and a separate shower alongside a WC. A further staircase rises to the second floor, home to a twin room and a bunk room, each fitted with a TV/DVD player, plus a second shower room with its own WC.

A small rooftop balcony opens off the landing via a step up from the door, furnished with seating and offering a partial view towards the harbour. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and a highchair is available for younger guests. Central heating and electricity are included in the stay.

The property sleeps six across its three bedrooms, with the bunk room suited to children. Up to three dogs can stay, though additional charges may apply. There is no private parking; guests use public car parks within around 50 metres of the property, where charges apply, and weekly permits can be arranged through North Devon Council. Internet access is available at the property.
