Salty Tides

Salty Tides is a reverse-living house in Westward Ho, within walking distance of the beach, pubs and shops, and sleeps six across three ground-floor bedrooms. A super-king bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) has its own en-suite shower room and WC, and a king-size bedroom also has an en-suite shower room and WC. A third bedroom has a king-size bed, with a main bathroom offering a hand shower over the bath and WC. A large store and boot room by the front door houses the washer/dryer and gives practical space for coastal kit.

Upstairs, the vaulted open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner is fitted with a wood burner (first basket of logs included) and bi-folding doors opening onto a balcony with sea views. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, with a separate dining room for evenings in. A TV with Amazon Firestick is provided in the lounge and in each bedroom.

Outside, a private hot tub sits within a large enclosed rear garden, along with a patio area, garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off wetsuits and boards after the beach. A lockable shed stores bikes and boards, with a drying rack, and a garden summerhouse has its own decking area.

The property allows two dogs, with additional charges possible. Allocated parking is provided for two cars, with electric vehicle charging on site. A travel cot and highchair are available, and babysitting can be arranged. Welcome goodies are left on arrival. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure before 10:00.
