Sal's Place

This cottage sits just yards from the slipway in Appledore, within walking distance of the quayside, shops, pubs and cafes along the village's narrow streets. It sleeps three across two bedrooms and suits couples or a small family bringing a young child.

The open-plan lounge has wood laminate flooring, an electric fireplace with a log-burner effect, and Wi-Fi enabled electric heating alongside a Smart TV with Freeview. The kitchen/diner is fitted with painted units, an electric oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Both bedrooms, a king-size room and a single with room for a travel cot, are reached via a steep staircase from the kitchen, and each has its own electric heater. A compact bathroom between the two rooms has an electric power shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside there is a secluded patio with garden furniture, enclosed and reached along a short drangway about 40 metres from the cottage. A travel cot and highchair are provided for visitors travelling with young children.

There is no on-site parking; roadside parking is available nearby, with a pay-and-display car park a short walk away. Up to three dogs may stay, subject to an additional charge, and smoking is not permitted inside the property. Wi-Fi is included throughout.
