Sails Loft

Sails Loft is a one-bedroom cottage in Instow, near Bideford, arranged over two floors and suited to a couple. The ground floor holds the kitchen and a shower room with WC, while the upstairs open-plan living area and bedroom make the most of views across to Appledore and Lundy.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with ice compartment, a dishwasher and a washing machine, so self-catering is straightforward. Upstairs, the living space has a Smart TV/DVD player and opens onto a private balcony where you can look out over the water; the bedroom itself has a king-size bed, ample storage and its own separate WC.

Outside, a small patio area with garden furniture can be reached from the front door or via steps down from the balcony. One allocated parking space sits directly outside the property, and secure bicycle storage is also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and both electric and central heating are included in the price. Dogs cannot be accommodated at this property. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, with the beach, a shop and a pub all within walking distance for provisions and evening meals.
