Berryhead Haven

Brixham harbour sits roughly 300 metres from this four-bedroom cottage, close enough to walk to the breakwater in minutes and watch the fishing fleet come and go. The cottage sleeps seven guests across four bedrooms: a king-size room on the first floor with a vanity desk set in the bay window, a triple-bunk room with a double base and single above on the same landing, a cosy single bedroom also on the first floor, and a double room on the second floor with sea views over the marina and breakwater.

Two bathrooms serve the house. The first-floor shower room has a walk-in shower and WC, while the second-floor bathroom adds a separate bath alongside its walk-in shower and WC. Downstairs, the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer and a washer-dryer, plus a breakfast bar for two. A Smart TV and comfortable sofas fill the ground-floor lounge-dining area, which also has a dining table large enough for the whole group.

To the rear, an enclosed multi-tiered garden has artificial grass and a choice of seating including sun loungers, a bistro table and an outdoor dining set. There is no private parking; the nearest public car park is under 500 metres away and charges apply. No dogs are permitted at this property.

Boat trips around Torbay depart from the harbour close by, and a good range of seafood restaurants is within easy walking distance. A pub is just over 150 metres from the door, with a beach and shop both within 500 metres. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
