Rockfish Cottage is a ground-floor apartment in the heart of Brixham, a short walk from the harbour, converted from a former fisherman's store. It sleeps 2 in a single double bedroom, and one small, well-behaved dog is welcome.

The double bedroom sits at the rear of the apartment, and a shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Two steep steps lead up to the entrance, worth planning around if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs.

An open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an L-shaped sofa and a 40 inch Freeview TV, DVD player and WiFi. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, with breakfast-bar seating for quick meals, and electric central heating covers the apartment.

A public car park is nearby, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the coast 0.1 miles, with the beach around 0.7 miles. Brixham's harbour is home to Britain's largest fishing fleet and a full-size replica of the Golden Hind, and its narrow lanes of small cottages lead down to the water. Dartmouth is about 5 miles away, Paignton around 6 miles and Torquay roughly 8 miles, all within reach for a day out.
