This four-bedroom holiday home sits in the village of Croyde, within walking distance of the pub and local shop. It sleeps eight across two storeys, with a bright ground-floor lounge featuring a Smart TV and DVD player, and French doors opening onto the garden.

The kitchen/diner is spacious enough for a large group, with the dining area set in a conservatory overlooking the garden and a table seating eight. A converted garage houses a games room with a pool table, and the internal garage also holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. A ground-floor WC adds convenience alongside the two upstairs bathrooms.

Upstairs are four bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a double, a twin room with single beds, and a bunk room, plus a family bathroom with a shower. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided, making this a practical option for families, though guests should bring their own cot bedding and beach towels.

Outside, the enclosed lawn garden has mature planting, garden furniture and a picnic table. The heated outdoor pool, 1.2 metres deep, is enclosed for safety and available from 31 May to 1 September, with a £100 weekly charge for its use. Private parking is provided for three cars, and up to two dogs are welcome, subject to additional charges.
