Queens View

Queens View is a holiday apartment on Newcomen Road in Dartmouth, with an open-plan living space on the first floor that pairs a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, while the ground-floor twin bedroom has its own sink and can be made up as a super-king-size on request, with two weeks' notice given ahead of arrival.

A small wet room with a shower, basin and WC serves the ground-floor bedroom, so the apartment sleeps four across two bathrooms in total. There is a small step into the ground-floor bedroom, worth knowing if anyone in your group avoids steps. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher, and gas central heating runs on a Hive system throughout.

A Smart TV and WiFi cover both living areas, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available on request for younger guests. Parking for one car is usually available on a quiet road about an 11-minute walk from the apartment rather than right outside the door, so plan for a short walk with luggage.

Queens View welcomes one well-behaved small dog. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, and the shop and pub are both a short walk away.
