Quay Lodge

Quay Lodge sits on a quiet road below Dartmouth Naval College, overlooking Dart Marina in Dartmouth. Reached by a flight of steps up from Sandquay Road, the lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one family bathroom, and makes a base for a couple or a family.

The king-size master bedroom has its own access to a small terrace, and the second bedroom offers twin beds or a double on request. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower cubicle, and a hallway utility cupboard holds washing facilities and hanging space.

The kitchen and living space are open-plan, with sliding French doors from the living area onto a furnished balcony overlooking the River Dart. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and a TV with Freeview, a Blu-ray player and a Hi-Fi with iPod dock cover evenings in. WiFi and underfloor heating are included throughout, and bed linen and towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own beach towels.

Parking for one small or medium car is provided in a single garage below the lodge on Sandquay Road, roughly 2.4m wide and 2.05m high, and a further terrace area with table and chairs sits outside. Quay Lodge does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking. The shop is half a mile away and the pub 0.2 miles, with Dartmouth's harbour, eateries and boutiques a short walk beyond.
