Potbelly

Potbelly is a curved cedar cabin for two, sitting within the gated grounds of The Pig On The Hill pub, 0.9 mile from Westward Ho and its two-mile-wide sandy beach. External steps lead across a decked terrace to bi-fold doors opening into the open-plan living space, where curved wooden walls give the interior a distinctive character. A wood burner, with a first basket of logs included, heats the cabin, and bench seating alongside a Smart TV completes the sitting area.

The kitchen runs along the back wall and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is no washing machine inside the cabin, though a communal laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying facilities is available on site via an honesty box. The cabin has two double bedrooms, noted by the supplier as intended for alternative sleeping arrangements rather than as two fully independent rooms, with the property sleeping two guests. A shower room with WC serves the accommodation, and bed linen, towels, electricity and heating are all included.

Outside, the generous decked area holds garden furniture and a private hot tub. A gas Weber BBQ can be arranged on request. Off-road parking is provided for one car. Dogs are not accepted at this property.

The on-site pub opens Wednesday to Sunday from Easter to Christmas Eve, with eat-in and takeaway services available to cabin guests; booking is strongly recommended. A private chef can also be arranged if enquired about before arrival. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
