Ocean Sunset

This single-bedroom cottage sits on a 60-acre cliff-top estate above Westward Ho beach on the North Devon coast, sleeping 2 guests. Private access through the grounds leads directly to the South West Coast Path and down onto the beach, making it easy to leave the car behind for the day.

Downstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area centres on a wood burner effect gas fire, with bi-folding doors opening outside. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate WC with a drying area completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the super-king-size bedroom has a TV and DVD player along with bi-folding doors to the balcony. A roll-top bath and separate shower are situated within the bedroom itself, with a further separate WC located just beside it.

The enclosed rear garden faces the sea and includes a lawn, patio, garden furniture and a gas BBQ. Off-road parking is provided on site. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply and the owner's dog policy applies.

The first-floor balcony holds a private two-person hot tub with seating. A shared indoor play barn is available from March to October. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged, and the lounge has a Smart TV and iPod dock. Shops are around a mile away.
