This ground floor apartment sits directly across from the seafront at Westward Ho, with the sandy beach a short walk away. The town's shops, cafes and pubs are within walking distance, making a car unnecessary for day-to-day trips, though allocated parking for one car is provided on site.

Inside, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is arranged to take advantage of the sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows, with a Smart TV/DVD player in the lounge and a dining table positioned to face the water. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge, microwave and dishwasher, with a separate cupboard housing the freezer. A terrace opens off the lounge through patio doors, furnished with a bistro-style table and chairs for eating or sitting outside.

The apartment sleeps two in a single double bedroom, styled with seaside touches. A shower room with a shower over the bath and a WC serves the bedroom. Heating is electric, combining underfloor heating with central heating, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay.

A few practical points affect a booking here: the property does not accept dogs, smoking is not permitted, and EV charging is not allowed on site under any circumstances. Guests may bring their own travel cot and highchair if needed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. During the festive period the apartment is decorated for Christmas.
