Posbury Lodge

Posbury Lodge is a thatched cottage in Venny Tedburn, a rural hamlet about 2.9 miles from Crediton, on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park. It sleeps 7 across four bedrooms and one ground-floor bathroom, with a further cloakroom upstairs, and suits families, friends or couples wanting a rural base.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, a king-size and a single, with a double and a twin upstairs. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a first-floor cloakroom adds a second WC and basin. The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and there's an external games room with a pool table.

The kitchen has an AGA, microwave, two-ring electric hob, twin-drawer air-fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus a Smart TV, WiFi and DVD player. Oil central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture, and off-road parking covers 3 cars, with an EV charger on site payable per charge through the operator's app. Travel cot and highchair are available on request, and smoking is not permitted.
