Culver Court Cottage

Culver Court Cottage stands in Venny Tedburn, a hamlet on the edge of Dartmoor National Park near Crediton, around 2.9 miles from the town centre. It sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with countryside views. A separate cloakroom serves the ground floor alongside the two bedrooms.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, an LPG AGA, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There's a Smart TV and WiFi, a utility room and a dining room, and the cottage runs on LPG heating throughout. Meals can be taken at the dining table indoors or alfresco on the patio.

Outside, an enclosed front patio holds furniture and a private hot tub alongside a small grassed area. Allocated parking covers 2 cars, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request for younger guests.

The cottage's position close to Dartmoor National Park suits walkers and hikers, with waterfalls including Canonteign Falls within reach, plus horse riding and canoeing on the River Dart for those who want to get further out into the landscape. Exeter is also within driving distance, with its underground passages, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery, and riverside walks along Riverside Valley Park.

Culver Court Cottage welcomes two well-behaved dogs, though guests are asked to keep dogs on the lead on the grassed area as livestock graze nearby. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop is 2 miles away and the nearest pub 2.3 miles.
