This property sleeps up to six across three bedrooms and sits within walking distance of the beach at Westward Ho. The ground-floor king-size bedroom has doors onto the patio and its own shower room with WC; the other two bedrooms are upstairs. Upstairs, a twin zip-and-link room can be converted to a super-king on request and has its own en-suite shower room, while the second king-size bedroom has a feature window with a balcony looking towards the sea. A separate bathroom with a double-ended bath and hand-held shower attachment, plus its own WC, completes the sleeping arrangements, giving three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space forms the heart of the property, with patio doors that open onto the garden in warmer weather and a wood burner for cooler evenings, with the first basket of logs included. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and a separate utility room houses a washer/dryer, useful for drying out kit after a day on the coast. A Smart TV with Freesat sits in the lounge, and each bedroom has its own television.

Outside, an enclosed garden includes a patio for outdoor seating and a private hot tub. A beach hut within the garden offers storage for bikes, wetsuits and sandy boots after a beach trip. Off-road parking is provided for two cars at the front of the property, and internet access is available throughout.

Up to three dogs can stay, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Arrival is from 5pm and departure is before 10am. The property is close to shops and pubs at Westward Ho, with the Royal North Devon Golf Club reachable on foot for its bar and restaurant, and Appledore a short drive away.
