A floor-to-ceiling bay window frames ocean vistas from the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where you might spot fishing boats, seals, porpoises or oystercatchers. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, whilst the compact twin bedroom with 3' beds looks towards the town and the Torrs. A separate shower room sits off the hallway.

The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washer/dryer is provided. The lounge contains comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for evening entertainment, alongside a DVD player, CD player, DAB radio and Bluetooth music system. Books and games are available. Patio doors from the kitchen open onto a balcony furnished with a small dining table and four chairs, perfect for al fresco meals overlooking the water.

Private parking for one car is included on-site. The beach lies 0.2 miles away and a pub is 0.1 miles from the property. Arrival is from 16:00; departure is before 10:00. Towels are provided. No children under 12 are accepted, and no dogs are allowed.
