Owls Barn

Owls Barn is a detached, split-level property a short drive from Ilfracombe, the North Devon coastal town known for its harbour and independent shops. The barn's layout gives a sense of light and space from the entrance hallway, with exposed beams running throughout the ground floor and up into the principal bedroom.

The accommodation sleeps six across three bedrooms. The main bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, has a super king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower attachment. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor: a second super king with Smart TV/DVD and en-suite shower room, and a twin room. A further shower room with WC sits off the utility area, and the property has three bathrooms in total.

The kitchen has a large gas range-style cooker, hob and dishwasher, with an adjoining utility room housing the fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Down a few steps from the kitchen, the lounge has French doors opening onto the garden, with a Smart TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a private hot tub, an enclosed garden and patio with a swing bench and barbecue, plus an outside shower.

Parking is available on site along with an electric vehicle charger, though charging costs are arranged directly with the owner. A travel cot with proper cot mattress and a highchair are provided for younger guests. Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges possibly applying. Arrival is from 3pm and departure before 10am.
