Orchard Corner is a single-storey getaway set above Dartmouth, refurbished to offer a comfortable base for up to five guests. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan, centred around an oak dining table, comfy seating and a Smart TV, with an electric fireplace as a centrepiece.

Along the hallway are three bedrooms: a master king room overlooking the garden, a double with a vanity area and views across the river and valley, and a single bedroom reached down a short step, with a snug adjacent, ideal for reading. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC, and there is a separate WC with basin next door for convenience, though this is not a second bathroom. A further step within the hallway means the interior is not step-free, despite the single-storey layout.

Outside, a paved and walled terrace provides seating, while the enclosed lawn garden features mature trees, including apple trees, arranged across three terraces linked by steps. A rear gate gives access to a nearby bus stop for services into town. Private parking is available for three cars, though 22 steps lead up from the parking space to the property and garden, so children should be supervised around this area.

A shop and pub are both within less than a mile. Two dogs are welcome from 18th September 2026, with additional charges applying, and internet access is provided throughout the property. This makes Orchard Corner a practical base for guests happy with steps both outside and within the home, seeking easy reach of the harbour town.
