61 Norton Park

61 Norton Park sits on the Norton Park estate, 2.4 miles from Dartmouth, a single-storey chalet surrounded by countryside. The whole property is on one level, sleeping 5 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, with an open-plan living space bringing together the kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

The double bedroom and the triple bunk room, a double base with a single bed above, each have their own TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, all on the same level as the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and the sitting area has a Smart TV plus an electric heater for cooler evenings. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and WiFi covers the property.

61 Norton Park welcomes two well-behaved pets, though the shared garden is not enclosed, so leads are needed and owners are asked to clear up after their dogs. The garden has a lawn and picnic benches. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, the nearest shop is 0.8 miles away and the nearest pub 1.6 miles. Smoking is not permitted inside.
