Old Farm Cottage

Old Farm Cottage is a single-storey cottage in the village of Lee, a short drive from Woolacombe. It has a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and the dining table seats 4 for meals in. There are steps from the kitchen to the main living areas, which may not suit anyone with limited mobility.

The two bedrooms hold a king-size room and a twin room, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and the sitting room has a Smart TV, DVD player, books and games alongside WiFi. Electric heating covers the property, with fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed, south-facing courtyard has furniture for morning coffee or an evening drink. Off-road parking for 2 cars is in the adjacent pub's car park, and the beach is 600m away down a traffic-free lane. The nearest shop is 3 miles off.

Old Farm Cottage welcomes two well-behaved dogs, with an extra charge applying. Smoking is not permitted, and there is no smoke alarm provision for deaf or partially deaf guests, so bringing your own precautions is worth planning for.
