This reverse-level apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. The king-size room has its own en-suite shower and WC, while a twin zip-and-link room can be converted to super-king on request, and a double room completes the sleeping arrangements. A main bathroom with a bath and handheld shower serves the remaining bedrooms, and there is a separate WC on this level.

Upstairs, the lounge and dining area open onto a balcony with sea views over Bideford Bay, and a lift serves the stairs from the ground floor. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, while a separate utility room holds a washer/dryer and freezer. A further WC is located on this upper floor alongside the lounge, which has a Smart TV and Blu-ray player.

Outside, residents share a courtyard that overlooks the sea, and allocated parking for one car is provided in a private garage beneath the building, next to the stairs and lift. The property is a short walk from Westward Ho, with its beach, pebble ridge and range of pubs and shops within walking distance.

A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors, and internet access is provided. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
