This large property sleeps up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it suited to multi-family holidays or larger group bookings near Westward Ho. Four of the bedrooms are super-king-size, while the remaining three are super-king-size zip-and-link rooms that can be configured as twins if requested at the time of booking. A separate ground floor WC adds convenience for daytime use.

The kitchen is equipped for catering to a large group, with an induction hob, gas hob, three electric ovens, a warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, two freezers, an air fryer, drinks fridge and coffee machine. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests wanting extra help can arrange a private chef in advance.

Entertainment is built into the property, with a cinema room featuring a Wii console and Sky TV, and a separate games room with a pool table, table football and a Smart TV. The main living space includes Sky TV with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema, along with a wood burner supplied with a first basket of logs. Outside, the enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn, with a patio area furnished with loungers, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The private hot tub seats six and is refilled the day before arrival, though it is drained from 4pm on the final day ahead of the next changeover.

Practical arrangements include private off-road parking for up to 12 cars plus a garage space for one more, and secure storage for bikes, surfboards and golf clubs. Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges possible and more considered at the owner's discretion; dogs are asked to stay downstairs, and an XL crate is available in the utility room, though guests should bring their own bedding. A 2.5-acre private field on site is set aside for secure dog walking. A travel cot and highchair can be provided, and guests should bring their own beach towels.
