Ocean Breeze is a fourth-floor apartment in Ilfracombe, reached by lift or stairs, with views out to sea from the open-plan living area. The flat is all on one level and sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The king-size room has an en-suite shower room, and there is a separate twin with its own Juliette balcony. A family bathroom serves the flat, with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the living area has a TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player, a DAB and Bluetooth CD system, and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the flat. One car can park in an allocated space within the gated car park.

Cot and highchair are provided, and the balcony off the sitting room has seating for evenings out. The shop, pubs, restaurants and beach are all around 5 minutes' walk away. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.

Ilfracombe's harbour, the Tunnels Beaches and Capstone Hill are all within walking distance, with boat trips to Lundy Island running from the harbour. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are a short drive away, and Exmoor National Park lies close by for walking and cycling.
