Number 19 is a compact modern townhouse in the centre of Dartmouth, a few hundred metres from the town's Lower Ferry and within walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants and bars. It suits a couple, small family or group of friends looking for a base close to the river.

The layout is unusual in a good way: both bedrooms and bathrooms sit on the ground floor, while the open-plan living space is upstairs, reached via a carpeted flight of fourteen steps. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower cubicle and TV, and the single bedroom, which includes a trundle bed option, has its own en-suite shower room. A separate WC on the ground floor adds convenience for daytime use.

Upstairs, the kitchen wraps around a dining table for four and sits alongside a lounge with a wall-mounted TV. A glass door leads out to a private roof terrace above the garage, furnished with a table and chairs and offering a distant view across the town towards the river. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there is a smart TV with internet access and a sound system in the living area.

Private parking for one car is provided in a garage accessed by key fob and keypad, a useful feature in a town where parking can otherwise be difficult. One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying, though the property is not suitable for children under five. A shop and pub are within half a mile and the beach at Blackpool Sands around three miles away.
