November Cottage

November Cottage stands in Dittisham, a village on the River Dart around 3.5 miles from Dartmouth, with a sky-blue exterior and allocated parking for one car. A porch by the front door gives space to hang coats before the fully-equipped kitchen and the living/dining room with its dining table and corner sofa.

Upstairs, two double bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, separate shower over, basin and heated towel rail, and there's a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. One of the double beds is a smaller 4-foot size, and the cottage sleeps 4 in total, suited to a family or a group of friends travelling with a dog.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washer dryer, slimline dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Smart TV with WiFi is in the living room. Oil central heating covers the cottage, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

November Cottage takes two well-behaved dogs, and the enclosed courtyard behind the cottage has seating for outdoor meals. Smoking is not permitted, and the village shop and pub are both around 0.2 miles away, with the Ferry Boat Inn a short stroll into Dittisham for a pub lunch and Totnes around 7 miles further on.
