No.36 By The Beach is a reverse-level property close to Westward Ho, arranged so the bedrooms sit on the ground floor and the main living space is upstairs to make the most of the sea views. It sleeps up to 8 across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms between them.

On entering, a light hallway leads to all four bedrooms. The king-size room has an en-suite shower room and its own access to the garden via bi-fold doors, while the double also has an en-suite shower room. The twin and bunk bedroom share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. A ground-floor snug with French doors onto the garden offers a separate spot to unwind, with a Smart TV and DVD player.

Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area takes in sea views through bi-folding doors that open onto a balcony. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a Ninja Dual Airfryer, and there is a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. A wood burner sits at the centre of the living space, though logs are not provided and should be purchased in advance. The lounge has Sky TV, and a separate playroom includes a Smart TV, Sonos sound system, table football and board games.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has a table and chairs for meals outdoors, and off-road parking is available for two cars, along with electric vehicle charging on site. Up to four dogs can stay, with additional charges applying. A stairgate and travel cot are available, along with a highchair, making the property practical for families. Internet access is provided, and beach, shops, pubs and a golf course are all within walking distance.
