No 6 Arlington Villas

No 6 Arlington Villas is a second-floor apartment in Ilfracombe looking out towards the sea, across Wildersmouth Beach and Capstone Hill. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, reached by six steps up to the building and then a lift, or a rear entrance with just two steps.

The king-size double has an en-suite walk-in shower room, and the twin can be zipped together into a super king bed on request. A family bathroom serves the flat, with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, plus a separate utility room and a locked store for a bike or surfboard.

The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and the living area has two Smart TVs with Sky Sports and Movies, plus WiFi, books, games and beach equipment. Cot and highchair are provided, though the property can only take one infant. One car can park in a reserved space in the car park.

The balcony off the living area has furniture for sitting out, and the shop, beach and pub are about 3 minutes' walk away. Lift access should not be relied on alone, as guests may need the stairs if it is out of use. Bookings run from a Friday start. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
