Muntham Deluxe Apartment 3 occupies the ground floor of a Victorian house in Torquay, one of a group of holiday apartments sharing the same building. The sitting room keeps its original character, with a bay window, wooden shutters and Victorian plasterwork, plus a marble fireplace fitted with a flame-effect fire. The apartment sleeps 3, with a super king-size bed in the bedroom that can be split into two singles on request.

The kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, set alongside a dining table within the open-plan living space. The shower room holds an oversized shower enclosure, a basin and a WC, with luxury toiletries provided. A Smart TV, DAB radio and fibre broadband cover the evenings.

Outside, guests can use the communal gardens and a designated parking space, with two EV charging points available for electric cars.
