16A is a single-storey annex in the heart of Torquay, with off-road parking right outside the front door. It sleeps 2 and is one of a pair with the annex Rosa nearby.

The sea-view dining room and porch, with a desk and seating for four, is the first room off the entrance. Beyond it, the living room and kitchen share one open space, with a sofa and TV. The king-size bedroom sits at the rear, looking onto a private back garden, with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and gas central heating covers the annex. A galvanised staircase leads up from the garden to a south- and west-facing terrace, shared with Rosa, where guests can sit out with loungers and a parasol and take in views over the harbour and Torbay.

16A takes one well-behaved dog, kept out of the bedroom, and there's room for a cage. One car can park off-road outside the door. Torquay's hills mean the annex isn't well suited to anyone with mobility issues, and care is needed on the stairs to the terrace. A minimum stay of 4 nights applies, no smoking is allowed, and the shop and pub are both 0.3 miles away, with the beach 0.4 miles.
