Harbourside Cottage

Harbourside Cottage is a terraced cottage in Torquay, entered through a private gated patio about 200 metres from the harbour. It sleeps 3 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, a compact base for a couple or small family exploring this stretch of the coast.

The ground floor holds an open-plan sitting and dining room warmed by a pebble-effect electric fire, plus a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, four-ring gas hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Upstairs, the family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, a WC, hand basin and towel rack, next to a king-size bedroom and a single bedroom, both looking out over the town.

Gas central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent, and a Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi cover evenings in. A parking permit can be bought for an extra charge to cover an eight-day stay, useful for keeping a car near the town-centre cottage.

Two small to medium dogs are welcome. Outside, the small private enclosed patio has outdoor seating for dining alfresco and listening to the sea. Smoking is not permitted, and the pub is about 0.2 miles away with a shop roughly a mile from the door.
