Blue Harbour Cottage

Blue Harbour Cottage sits in a quiet spot of Torquay, set back from the road and close to the harbour and seafront. Wooden floors run throughout, and the entrance and internal stairs are steep with no handrail, so the cottage suits guests comfortable with steps. It sleeps 3 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The ground-floor sitting room has a large corner sofa, an electric stove and cable TV, and leads through to a well-fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a single bedroom share a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and there's a washing machine, a dishwasher and a Smart TV with Virgin Media alongside WiFi throughout. Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, shared with a right of access for the neighbouring property, a spot to sit out after a day exploring.

Blue Harbour Cottage takes one well-behaved dog. There's no dedicated parking at the cottage itself; guests use the public car parks nearby in Torquay. The shop and pub are a two-minute walk and the harbour is five minutes on foot. Smoking is not permitted, and bookings run to a minimum of two nights.
