18 Abbey Sands

18 Abbey Sands is a second-floor apartment in Torquay, reached on the same level as its allocated parking space, so there are no stairs to manage with luggage. The open-plan living area opens through sliding doors onto a full-length balcony with far-reaching sea views over the bay, a good spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink before dinner.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two super-king-size bedrooms. One has its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, plus balcony access; the second can convert to a twin on request via a zip/link bed and also opens onto the balcony. A separate family bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, alongside a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and there is a dining table for four. Three TVs and WiFi cover the living space and both bedrooms, and gas central heating comes with fuel and power included in the rent.

One car fits in the allocated off-road parking space, on the same level as the apartment. No pets are allowed and the whole property is no smoking. A shop is around half a mile away, with a restaurant and the beach both roughly a tenth of a mile from the door.
