Mulberry Tree

Mulberry Tree is a one-bedroom cottage tucked into Appledore's 'Village in a Village', a group of cottages set around a shared courtyard close to the heart of Appledore. It sleeps 2 and welcomes up to two well-behaved pets.

Inside is a single open-plan living space combining the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a contemporary feel throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and the sitting area has a Smart TV plus two further TVs and a selection of books.

The kingsize bedroom has its own TV, storage for clothes and belongings, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Guests share a non-enclosed communal garden with furniture, used by the other Village in a Village cottages, and the cottage can be booked together with three sister properties nearby for a group sleeping up to 18. There is no dedicated parking, though on-road parking and a chargeable public car park are nearby. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub and river 0.1 miles, and the beach 2.1 miles, with the town's museum, a golf course and pubs such as The Yard Appledore within easy reach.
