Mondeville

This reverse-level holiday home sits in Westward Ho, with the beach, pubs and shops all within half a mile. Sleeping up to eight, it has four ground-floor bedrooms: two doubles, each with its own en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms sharing the main bathroom, which has both a bath and a shower. One double and one twin room open onto the garden via French doors.

Upstairs is given over to open-plan living, with a kitchen, dining and lounge area that takes in sea views. A small snug leads off the lounge, useful for younger family members or anyone wanting a quieter corner, and a south-facing balcony off the kitchen provides extra space for sitting out. The converted garage now serves as a games and utility room, fitted with a pool table, dartboard, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a table and chairs, a barbecue and a private hot tub. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars. Internet access is provided throughout the property.

Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children. Check-in is from 5pm and check-out by 10am.
