Milibet

This ground-floor apartment sits opposite the pebble beach and a short walk from the centre of Seaton, making it a practical base for couples or small families exploring the East Devon coast. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, both fitted with Smart TVs for a lazy start to the day.

Inside, an entrance hall leads to a dining room with table and seating, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The living room has large bay windows to the front, comfortable seating and a log-effect gas fire, useful during the cooler months, though note there is an extra charge of £20 per week for gas from October to the end of March.

The king-size bedroom benefits from a large bay window and its own wash basin, while the twin bedroom has an en-suite with bath, handheld shower and WC. A separate family bathroom with shower cubicle and WC serves the rest of the apartment. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor.

A small courtyard garden to the front is furnished with seating, ideal for a morning coffee before heading out. Allocated on-street parking is provided for one car, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. The beach, a shop and a pub are all within half a mile. Dogs are not permitted at this property, and check-in is from 4pm with departure before 10am.
