Midhurst

Midhurst is a mid-terrace house in Brixham, a short walk from the harbour and set up for a group of up to 11 across six bedrooms. Two off-road parking spaces sit right outside, and the sitting room gives everyone space to settle in together with games and toys for children.

The first floor holds four bedrooms: a queen-size, a double and a twin each with their own en-suite shower room, plus a single served by a nearby shower room and a separate cloakroom. Upstairs on the second floor is a king-size room and a twin, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.

The open-plan kitchen has a range cooker and a breakfast bar, opening onto a utility room with a washer/dryer and a second WC. A dining room seats the group for meals, and gas central heating covers the whole house. Smart TVs, a stereo speaker and WiFi are provided, along with a selection of books and games.

Outside, the garden runs over three terraces with a barbecue, dining furniture and a raised seating area, though steps between the levels are worth taking care on. Highchair, baby bath and travel cot are available on request, and smoking is not permitted inside. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles and the beach 0.9 miles.
