This detached property near Croyde sleeps five, with an additional pull-out trundle bed for a sixth guest, across three bedrooms. The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and WC, the super-king room can be converted to twin beds on request, and the third bedroom houses a single bed with a pull-out trundle. A separate family bathroom offers a freestanding bath and walk-in shower with WC.

The open-plan kitchen and diner seats six and includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and American-style fridge/freezer. The lounge has comfortable seating and a smart TV, with further smart TVs in the double and trundle bedrooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage rather than the main house, along with a foosball table for wet-weather entertainment.

Outside, a decked area with sun loungers and patio furniture leads onto a lawned garden for games, plus a charcoal BBQ for evening meals. The garden has some gaps in the hedgerow boundary, so it is not fully enclosed. A private hot tub with pergola sits within the outdoor space, and an outdoor shower is useful for rinsing off after the beach. Off-road parking is available for three cars.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
