Kieton Sands - Croyde

This modern holiday home stands within walking distance of the beach and village centre in Croyde, a North Devon village known among surfers for its award-winning beach. It sleeps five across three bedrooms, making it a practical base for families or groups who want to reach the shops, tearooms and pubs on foot rather than by car. Croyde hosts a craft market every Tuesday through the summer, and Saunton Sands lies five miles away, with a golf course open to visitors about two miles from the property.

A private courtyard opens onto the front door, leading into an open-plan kitchen and dining room fitted with sleek modern units, an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine. The lounge has bi-fold doors that open onto the garden, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, with a further Smart TV in the dining area. A downstairs WC completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms each have a Juliet balcony, one with a sea view and the other with an en-suite shower room and WC. One king-size room can be arranged as a 2'6 twin if requested at the time of booking. The third bedroom is a single, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC serves the remaining rooms. A highchair is available on request for younger guests.

Outside, an enclosed garden laid to lawn includes a patio with furniture for outdoor dining, along with an outside shower for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. A Ringo doorbell sits at the front entrance, and allocated parking is provided for one car. The beach, a pub and local shops are around half a mile away. Dogs are not accepted at this property, and the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail are both accessible nearby for walking and cycling.
