Manor Studio

Manor Studio is an entrance-level apartment in Dartmouth, reached via a set of steps down from Above Town and across a footbridge, with 47 steps in total. It sleeps 4 across a double bedroom with an en-suite bath and a twin room with one short-length bed, both opening onto their own balconies.

The kitchen and diner has a further balcony to the rear, and the sitting room has a further balcony looking out towards the River Dart and Kingswear Castle, a spot for morning coffee with a book from the apartment's own collection. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus a TV, DVD player, radio and WiFi.

Electric storage and panel heaters cover the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Note that some floors slope slightly, a result of the building's age, and barbecues are not permitted on any of the balconies.

An annual parking permit for one car is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park nearby, subject to available spaces and not valid during August Regatta week. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are both within 0.3 miles.
