Lower Norton Apartment

Lower Norton Apartment sits on the outskirts of Dartmouth, occupying the attic space of a converted stone farmhouse in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's all on the second floor, reached via an entrance hall on the first floor with stairs leading up to the apartment, and sleeps 2 in a single bedroom.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a shower, a basin and a WC. An open-plan living room combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.

A TV and WiFi cover evenings in, and an inset balcony with furniture looks over the surrounding countryside, and there is a shared patio area with furniture too. Bed linen and towels are provided, and off-road parking is available for one car.

A bus stop nearby serves Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. Check the limit on pets when you book. The shop and pub are about a mile away, and access is down a bridleway or lane that may not suit low-suspension cars.

Dartmouth itself, on the River Dart estuary, has ancient narrow streets lined with shops, restaurants and galleries, plus a choice of walking and cycling routes including the South West Coast Path and the Dart Valley Trail.
