44 Dart Marina

44 Dart Marina is a two-storey duplex apartment set in the Dart Marina development on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth. The apartment sleeps 2 and suits a couple, with the kitchen, lounge and dining room on the first floor above the bedroom.

The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room is fitted with Poggenpohl units and stone worktops, an electric oven with gas hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with ice compartment, a washer dryer, a coffee machine and a microwave. The lounge has a Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player, and double doors open onto a Juliet balcony with glimpses of the River Dart across the hotel grounds.

The single bedroom has a king-size bed, its own Juliet balcony and an en suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath, shower over, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. Gas-fired central heating covers the apartment, and wireless broadband is available throughout.

One car can use the allocated parking space at Dart Marina, and the apartment sits on the second row of the development. Bed linen and bath and hand towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own tea towels, beach towels and oven gloves. The property is strictly no smoking and pets are not permitted, and Totnes is around 12 miles away for a change of scene.
