3 Dartview is a characterful flat in the very heart of Dartmouth, just a few minutes' level walk from the town's restaurants, shops and galleries, with views over the River Dart, across to Kingswear and out to sea from the open-plan sitting and dining room. For reasons of comfort, the flat suits two adults only.

A communal entrance on Newcomen Road leads up two short flights of stairs to a lobby with hanging space for outdoor clothes and shoes. The kitchen has a two-ring hob, an electric combi-oven and a fridge with an ice box, and a small utility area hides a washing machine. Two armchairs sit by the window in the sitting room, alongside a Smart TV with DVD player.

The double bedroom has plenty of clothes storage, and the bathroom, off the main hallway, has a bath, shower over, w.c., basin and shaver point. WiFi covers the flat, and heating and hot water run from a gas combi-boiler.

There is no parking at the property itself; a permit is provided for the nearby Mayors Avenue car park, time-restricted between 3pm and 10am from late May to early September and unrestricted the rest of the year, or the Dartmouth Park and Ride. The flat is strictly no smoking, and no pets are permitted.
