Flat 1 is a ground-floor apartment in Dartmouth, one of three individual flats at the address, with views across the road and the River Dart towards Kingswear. It sleeps 2 in a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and suits two adults only.

Gas central heating and a combi boiler provide hot water on demand, and bed linen and towels are supplied. There is no parking at the property itself; instead an annual parking permit for one car is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park, around a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

The permit runs 3pm to 10am only between 25 May and 1 September, with no time restriction the rest of the year, and it is also valid at the Dartmouth Park and Ride at any time. A short drive away is the Dartmouth Hotel Golf and Spa, with two golf courses, and the coastal paths and beaches of Start Bay, including the Blue Flag Blackpool Sands.

The flat takes one well-behaved dog and is strictly no smoking. It sits within easy walking distance of Dartmouth's shops, restaurants and art galleries.
