Little Seagrass

Little Seagrass is a first-floor apartment in a small purpose-built block of three on the Berry Head side of Brixham, elevated enough to catch pleasant sea views from the balcony. The building dates from the 1960s and retains original features including parquet flooring, brought up to date with a retro mid-century interior of velvet sofa, armchairs and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors from the dining area open onto the balcony, where outdoor seating for two looks out over the communal green and the water beyond.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. One double bedroom offers good storage, and the bathroom has a shower over the bath with WC. The apartment accommodates two adults only; no children under 16, no babies and no dogs are accepted.

A flight of stairs leads up to the apartment, which guests should factor in before booking. Onsite parking covers one car in the shared Park Court bays on a first-come, first-served basis, with on-road parking nearby as an alternative. A bus stop directly outside the building serves the harbour, and the town centre is roughly half a mile on foot.

The Shalstone outdoor sea pool, open from May to September, is half a mile away, and Berry Head Country Park with its Napoleonic Fort is a 1-mile walk along the coastal path. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
