This one-bedroom property near Wembury is arranged with an upside-down layout, putting the main living space upstairs to make the most of the sea views. The first-floor room has an apex ceiling, a Smart TV and patio doors onto a glass-fronted balcony with table and chairs, looking out towards the Great Mewstone. The open-plan area also includes a dining table and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The king-size bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own patio doors opening to the garden. The bathroom on this floor has a bath and a separate shower, and there is an additional WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer nearer the entrance. Underfloor heating runs throughout the property.

Outside, the enclosed lawned garden slopes gently and is furnished with seating and two sun loungers, offering a quieter spot away from the balcony above. Private off-road parking is available for one car, and an electric vehicle charging point is on site, though usage is charged separately and guests need to bring their own lead. The beach, a pub and a shop are all within a mile.

This property sleeps two and is not suitable for children other than babes in arms, owing to the open staircase. Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and no other pets are accepted. A travel cot and highchair are provided for visiting babies. It can also be booked together with a neighbouring property sleeping a further eight guests for larger group stays.
