Lisburne Place

Lisburne Place is a three-storey house in Torquay, sleeping 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan ground-floor living space brings together a well-equipped kitchen, a circular dining table and a sitting area with leather sofas and a futon, all set across wooden floors in a bright layout.

Upstairs, the first floor holds a king-size bedroom and a twin room, sharing a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, plus a separate cloakroom with basin and WC. The second floor has a further king-size bedroom with its own en-suite walk-in shower room, useful for a couple wanting extra privacy. All three bedrooms have their own TV for evenings in.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and a Smart TV in the sitting area helps with recipes as well as evening viewing. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and WiFi covers the whole house. Outside, a private courtyard has furniture for morning coffee or alfresco dining, and guests can also use a separate communal courtyard nearby.

Off-road, secure allocated parking is provided for one car, with further unrestricted parking close by on the road. One well-behaved dog is welcome, provided it is not left unattended at the property, and the house is no smoking throughout. The shop is around 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.8 miles, all within reach on foot.
