Lime Court Barn

Lime Court Barn stands on the outskirts of Sheepwash, a village set in the Torridge Valley, close to the shop, pub and the River Torridge. The home sleeps 5 across three bedrooms, each with its own TV, and there's a step up into the property to note.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, the last built around a woodburning stove, with a starter pack of logs included in the rent. Electric central heating covers the house, with underfloor heating in the kitchen, and there's a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC, plus a separate cloakroom with basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and the living space has four TVs between the rooms, WiFi and a selection of books and games for evenings in. Outside, an enclosed front garden and an enclosed rear garden with a lawn and shed give dogs room to play securely, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and off-road parking is provided for 3 cars. The property is no smoking throughout. The shop, pub and the River Torridge are all around 0.2 miles away.
