Lilys Pad

Lilys Pad is a single-storey detached cottage in two acres of the owners' grounds outside Okehampton, on the edge of Dartmoor. The cottage sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms, with a sitting room warmed by a woodburning stove for cooler days, and check-in runs from 4pm with checkout by 10am.

The king-size double bedroom has its own dressing room and en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom has a matching en-suite arrangement with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Both bedrooms have their own Smart TV, and double-glazed doors from the sitting room open onto a sunny decking area with furniture.

The kitchen and diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, alongside a kettle and toaster, and a second Smart TV plays alongside Amazon Prime and WiFi in the sitting room. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Lilys Pad, and the property is no smoking throughout. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the decking sweeps around the cottage to a shared lawn with room for playing games and taking in the moorland views. The nearest shop is 2 miles away and the nearest pub 1.5 miles.
