Leeward

Leeward is a second-floor apartment in Dartmouth, Devon, on the edge of the River Dart with views of the water and the harbour from the living area. The two-bedroom apartment sleeps 4, and though it normally has lift access, the lift is currently out of service, so guests should expect six short flights of stairs.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with sofas facing a Smart TV and a dining table for family meals or board games. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite cloakroom with a basin and a WC, and the second bedroom has a bed that can be split into twins on request, both with harbour views.

A family bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a handheld shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster, and there's even an electric piano in the living space.

Allocated off-road parking covers 2 cars, and Leeward takes one well-behaved pet. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop is about 0.2 miles away, with the pub around 0.1 miles and the beach roughly 1.4 miles off. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
