Leeside

Leeside is a ground-floor flat in the heart of Dartmouth, with views of the River Dart from the sitting/dining room, the spot for watching life on the water go by. The flat sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a king-size master and a twin room set up for children with two small single beds. The adjacent kitchen is reached directly from the sitting/dining room.

A family bathroom has a bath, shower over, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail, and a separate cloakroom holds a washing machine and WC. The kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and electric heating runs throughout the flat with instant hot water from an immersion heater. A flatscreen TV with DVD player sits in the sitting room.

Guests get private parking for one small or medium car in the garage to the rear of the property, sized to a width of 212cm, a height of 190cm and a depth of 480cm, so it suits a small car only. There are 10 steps up to the front door from the street, worth noting when planning arrival with luggage.

Bed linen and bath towels are supplied for the stay, and the flat sits within easy reach of Dartmouth's shops, restaurants and quayside. No pets are permitted and the property is strictly no smoking, with no exceptions made for either rule.
